As part of the Joint Venture agreement, both parties have committed substantial long-term investments to support the development of distributed solar projects nationwide:
USD 20 million investment for the first three years, targeting 30MW of solar capacity
USD 40 million investment for the succeeding three years, expanding capacity to 60MW
